Practical answers for IPTV Restream operators — connections, trials, pricing, IP whitelisting, channels, payments, and support.
General
IPTV Restream is an upstream live-channel feed for operators who run their own IPTV panels or media servers. Streams are delivered as M3U / HLS for server-side use — not as a personal household subscription. See Services and the IPTV Restream Guide.
It is for IPTV server operators, streaming infrastructure teams, and businesses that manage their own servers. It is not marketed as a consumer TV app for home viewers. Read more on About.
Review Pricing, optionally request a free trial on WhatsApp, then follow the steps on Orders & Activation. Paid access requires public server IP whitelisting.
No. Access to the restream service does not grant licensing or redistribution rights for channel content. Operators remain responsible for how they use the feed on their own infrastructure.
Connections
A connection is one concurrent upstream channel pull from your server to the restream source — not an end-user seat or viewer license. Details: Connections Explained.
If your server pulls 20 live channels at the same time, that may use about 20 upstream connections, even if those channels are redistributed internally to more viewers. Viewer count is separate from upstream connection count.
Published monthly plans include: 30 @ €70, 50 @ €100, 100 @ €190, 200 @ €370, 500 @ €700 (EUR). Custom sizes can be discussed via WhatsApp. See Pricing.
Free Trial
The trial is arranged manually by support for about 12 hours with up to 10 concurrent connections, so you can test playlist delivery and channel behaviour before purchasing. Full details: Free Trial.
Message WhatsApp or Telegram and ask for an IPTV Restream trial. Include a short note about your server or panel if helpful. Start from Contact or use the WhatsApp trial button on this site.
No. Trials are short evaluation access. Paid plans start from larger connection packages, are billed monthly in EUR, and typically require public server IP whitelisting after purchase.
Pricing
Plans are priced monthly in EUR by concurrent upstream connection count. Current tiers are listed on Pricing.
Yes — message support with your current setup and the connection count you need. Adjustments are confirmed manually. See also Renewals.
There is no self-serve checkout on the website. Order and activation steps are handled through WhatsApp / Telegram as described on Orders & Activation.
IP Whitelisting
Paid access is limited to approved public IPv4 addresses for your streaming servers and related load balancers. This restricts who can pull the upstream feed. Guide: IP Whitelisting.
Send the public IPv4 addresses that will actually pull streams (panel/media servers and any load balancers that make outbound requests). Private LAN addresses are not sufficient.
Contact support on WhatsApp promptly with the old and new public IPv4 so whitelist entries can be updated. Unexpected IP changes commonly cause access failures.
Server Setup
After activation you receive M3U / HLS access details. Add the playlist in your panel or media server, then monitor concurrent upstream pulls against your plan. See Server Setup and M3U / HLS Guide.
No. This service is upstream restream for operators. End-user apps and redistribution tooling are your responsibility on your own infrastructure.
Channel Availability
The service references 13,500+ listed live channels across multi-region selection. Listing count is not a guarantee that every channel is available at every moment. Request or browse the list on Channel List.
Live sources and regions change over time. Always verify important channels during a trial or with support before relying on them for production load.
Use WhatsApp and include channel name, region, your server IP, and the error you see. Steps: Channel Reporting.
Payments
Method availability is confirmed by support for each order. Labels previously used on the site include USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin, Skrill, Neteller, Payoneer, and Stripe payment links. Confirm instructions before sending funds — see Payment Methods.
No. Payment instructions are shared manually after you contact support. Do not send funds to addresses or links that were not provided in your support conversation.
Renewals
Renewals are arranged through support before your current period ends. Message WhatsApp with your account/server details. Overview: Renewals.
Access may stop when the paid period ends. Contact support early if you need to renew, resize, or update whitelisted IPs.
Troubleshooting
Confirm your public server IP is still whitelisted, that you have not exceeded concurrent upstream connections, and that the playlist URL/credentials from support are current. Follow Troubleshooting.
Use the Support Hub or message WhatsApp directly. For channel-specific issues, use Channel Reporting.
