Provide the public IPv4 addresses of your streaming servers and relevant load balancers for whitelisting.

Receive payment instructions
Support confirms an available payment method for your order and sends instructions through verified channels only.

Complete payment
Pay using only the details support provided. Do not use wallet addresses or links from unsolicited messages.

Submit payment confirmation
Send the confirmation details support requests (for example a transaction reference) so verification can begin.

Wait for verification
Support verifies the payment. Timing depends on the method and confirmation quality — no exact SLA is promised here.

Receive manual activation confirmation
After verification, support confirms paid activation and shares access details for M3U / HLS use on your server.

Whitelist updates and paid access are handled by support after checks. There is no claim of automatic activation on payment.
Public IPv4 required
Paid access depends on accurate public IPv4 whitelisting. Incorrect IPs delay or block usable activation. See the whitelisting guide.
After you are live
Plans bill monthly. Renewals are manual — contact support before expiry. Details are on the Renewals page.
